Introduction

Welcome to Infinite Business Simulation (“the App”, “the Game”), developed by Bugrahan Senturk (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms govern your use of the App and any purchases, subscriptions, and features within it. Please review them carefully before using the Game. See also our Privacy Policy.

Use of the App

1. License to Use: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the App in any way.
2. Ads: The Game may include advertisements from third-party networks. By using the Game, you agree to the display of these ads. The types and frequency of ads are subject to change.
3. User Responsibility: You are responsible for the device you use to access the App, including ensuring your device has sufficient memory and compatibility to run the Game.
4. Updates and Modifications: We may update or modify the Game from time to time, including adding or removing features. Such updates may be automatically applied without notice.

Paid Packages

Infinite Business Simulation offers premium packages that unlock additional features:

Lifetime Pro Version

• Upon purchasing the Lifetime Pro Version, you will gain access to all premium features displayed in the App for the lifetime of the App.
• This is a one-time purchase, and no additional charges will be incurred after the initial payment.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are governed by the applicable Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies. You must contact the respective app store to initiate any refund requests.

Monthly Pro Version

• By subscribing, you will gain access to all premium features on a recurring monthly basis.
• Billing and Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your app store settings.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are governed by the applicable Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies.

School & Career Pass

The game offers an optional in-app purchase called the School & Career Pass, which grants the following benefits during gameplay:

• Unlock access to any college after graduating high school (age 18), bypassing all stat requirements.
• Unlock access to any career once your character reaches working age (age 18), regardless of stat requirements.
• Receive faster promotions within your chosen job path.

This purchase is non-transferable and applies only to the current game session (i.e., one life simulation). Each new life requires a new purchase if the player chooses to use the pass again. All purchases are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing and refund policies.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Monthly Pro Version subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If the price of your subscription changes, you will be notified through the app store, and the changes will apply upon your next renewal.

Payment and Refunds

1. Payments: All payments for in-app purchases are handled by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective app store.
2. Refunds: All refund requests are subject to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not directly process refunds. Please refer to: Google Play Refund Policy or Apple App Store Refund Policy.

Account Responsibility

1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app store account credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under 18, you may only use the Game with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
   • Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Game or other users' accounts.
   • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Game.
   • Engaging in activities that disrupt or negatively affect the Game's experience for other users.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Game, including graphics, text, gameplay mechanics, and other elements, are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted no ownership rights over any of these materials and may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty: The Game is provided on an “as-is” basis, and we make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, performance, or availability of the Game. You use the Game at your own risk.
2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or unauthorized access to your account.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Game following such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
